About the Executive Sales Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on driving revenue, maintaining guest loyalty, and ensuring exceptional guest service within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve guest calls, requests, and problems by contacting appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Utilize sales techniques, including up-selling, to maximize revenue while preserving existing guest loyalty.
  • Determine and issue complimentary items to guests as tokens of appreciation, such as rewards points, show tickets, or gift certificates.
  • Promote brand image awareness both internally and externally.
  • Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
  • Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
  • Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when processing guest reservations.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing efforts, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.

Guest Interaction and Service Standards

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs with genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

Teamwork and Professional Conduct

  • Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Support team efforts to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees.
  • Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant sales or customer-facing role.
  • Work Type: Full Time.
  • Location: Riyadh.
  • Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
  • Physical capability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Additional Duties

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors to support departmental and company objectives.
