About the Front Desk Receptionist Role

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is integral to providing exceptional guest experiences by managing guest interactions and requests with accuracy and efficiency.

Role Overview

As a Front Desk Receptionist, the primary focus is on understanding and assessing individual guest needs to deliver personalized service and ensure maximum satisfaction. The role involves not only meeting but exceeding guest expectations by creating memorable experiences tailored to their preferences. This position operates within the Front Office department of the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh.

Hotel and Location Context

The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is situated in the heart of Saudi Arabia’s capital, within the iconic Kingdom Tower. This location offers proximity to key business areas, shopping centers, and cultural sites. The hotel features 276 rooms, including 39 suites, three exceptional restaurant venues with a collective seating capacity of 250 guests, and extensive event facilities spanning 7,213 square meters. Additionally, the hotel includes a world-class spa with dedicated facilities for male and female guests, and a fitness center.

Key Responsibilities

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for:

  • Responding to a wide variety of guest requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assessing guest needs to provide personalized recommendations and service.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering attentive and thoughtful service.
  • Contributing to creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess:

  • Written, spoken, and reading proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Hotel experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred.
