About the Role

Tandem Interim is seeking a Governance Legal Specialist for a focused contract engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is instrumental in supporting critical initiatives related to committee regulation standardization and the strategic design of Board Secretariat governance.

Engagement Focus

The specialist will play a key role in enhancing organizational governance structures and processes. This involves a direct contribution to improving regulatory clarity across various committees and establishing robust, structured governance mechanisms where manual processes currently exist.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize regulations across multiple committees, including the identification and resolution of conflicts, and overall improvement of regulatory processes.
• Support the strategic transition from manual archiving practices to more structured and efficient governance mechanisms.
• Develop a comprehensive policy governance framework, encompassing the full lifecycle from creation and approval to ongoing management.
• Contribute significantly to the Governance Manual, specifically in defining and clarifying the relationships between the Secretariat and various committees.
• Provide support for the development of the Board Secretariat's Operating Model, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a professional with 2-5 years of experience in governance, legal affairs, or a closely related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory processes and corporate governance principles.

Contract Duration and Availability

This is a short-term contract engagement for a period of two months. Immediate availability is a mandatory requirement for candidates applying for this position.
