About the Role

A Confidential Government entity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic direction and operational management. This full-time executive position requires a visionary leader with a proven ability to drive growth and maintain high standards of corporate governance across diverse markets. The Group CEO will be instrumental in cultivating a performance-driven culture and fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the organization's overall strategic vision, ensuring alignment across all subsidiaries towards unified business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors on corporate governance policies and establish performance metrics for executive leadership.
• Oversee regular performance assessments of business units, integrating feedback for continuous improvement and accountability.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, regulatory bodies, and investors.
• Manage financial performance, ensuring effective resource allocation and operational excellence in line with growth objectives and budgets.
• Promote an innovative culture focused on research, development, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Mentor and develop the executive leadership team, providing guidance for professional growth.
• Implement and uphold corporate compliance and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and integrity.
• Lead risk management initiatives, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Represent the organization at public engagements, industry conferences, and media outlets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with significant C-suite exposure in a complex corporate environment.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that have positively impacted organizational performance and market positioning.
• Extensive experience managing multinational corporate structures, with a focus on finance, operations, and strategic partnerships.
• A thorough understanding of regulatory and legal compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management, financial forecasting, and interpreting complex financial data.
• Proven experience in risk management and crisis management, with a history of leading organizations through significant changes.
