About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role requires an individual who can take initiative and provide a wide range of services throughout a guest's stay.

Role Overview

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to actively manage guest needs and operational requirements. This includes processing operational tasks, responding to guest requests, completing necessary reports, and sharing local area highlights. A key aspect of the role involves assisting guests with luggage, ensuring all guest interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their entire stay.
  • Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests proactively.
  • Completing required reports and sharing local area information.
  • Assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage.
  • Ensuring all transactions are integrated seamlessly into the guest experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Responsibilities include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating various spaces including narrow, confined, or elevated areas, as well as stairs and service ramps. Candidates must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also a requirement.
