About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to contribute to creating memorable guest stays.

Role Overview

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for more than just standard check-in and check-out procedures. This role focuses on building a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their entire stay. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative and manage a wide range of services, addressing operational needs, fulfilling guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights. They ensure that all guest interactions, including transactions, are integrated seamlessly into the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay.
• Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests promptly.
• Completing necessary reports and documentation.
• Assisting guests with luggage, including loading/unloading vehicles and transporting items to and from guest rooms or designated areas.
• Ensuring all guest transactions are part of a positive experience.

Physical Requirements

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet for extended periods, moving around the property. This includes standing, sitting, and walking, as well as navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and using stairs or service ramps. The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance, is necessary. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also key physical demands of the position.
