About the Role

DaleelStore is seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to establish and expand its Data & Business Intelligence function. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, is crucial for shaping the organization's data strategy, enabling informed decision-making, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Role Overview

The Head of Data & Business Intelligence will be responsible for defining and executing the company's data vision, enhancing analytics capabilities, and leading business intelligence initiatives. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overall Data & BI strategy for the organization.
  • Build and manage scalable analytics, reporting, and BI solutions.
  • Develop dashboards and performance tracking frameworks for various business units.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and security.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
  • Deliver insights that directly contribute to improved business performance and decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Data & BI team.
  • Partner with stakeholders to foster a data-driven culture across the company.
  • Own and continuously enhance the company’s digital measurement framework across web, mobile apps, marketing channels, and analytics platforms to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Lead the implementation and governance of GA4, GTM (Web & Server-Side), MMPs, and advertising platform tracking solutions to support business, product, and marketing decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Substantial experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of leading data or analytics teams.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex insights to business stakeholders.
  • Experience in building dashboards, reporting systems, and data models.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (Web & Server-Side), event tracking architecture, and analytics implementation best practices.
  • Experience with mobile measurement platforms (*, Adjust) and advertising platform pixels/conversion APIs, including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role involves close collaboration with various leadership teams and stakeholders across the organization.
