About the Role

Vrinda Global is seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to lead and manage the IT landscape in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud operations, and digital transformation within a regulated financial services environment.

Role Overview

The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's technology vision. This position requires a leader who can ensure the stability and security of IT systems while driving innovation and compliance with critical regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial sector in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
Lead cloud, infrastructure, network, and IT operations to ensure high availability and business continuity.
Manage core banking/financial systems, APIs, payment integrations, and digital platforms.
Ensure compliance with SAMA, NCA, PDPL, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role within banking, financial services, fintech, or other SAMA-regulated organizations.
