Position Overview

Alsnaded for Security Service is seeking a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role dedicated to ensuring strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures across daily operations. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of HSE principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace inspections and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend effective corrective actions to prevent incidents.
• Develop and implement robust HSE plans tailored to operational needs.
• Organize and conduct safety briefings and essential training sessions for staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, inspections, and implemented corrective measures.
• Collaborate proactively with management and operational teams to foster and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
• Support thorough investigations and reporting processes related to accidents or near misses.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess strong capabilities in health, safety, and environmental management. This includes a proven ability to identify risks, implement effective controls, and actively promote safe work practices within an operational environment. A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a related HSE capacity is required.
