About the Hospitality Specialist Role

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to support the planning and execution of hospitality and catering services for a major international event in Saudi Arabia. This contract role requires close collaboration with service providers, venue teams, and stakeholders to ensure a high-quality guest experience across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospitality and catering operations across all designated event venues.
• Liaise effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain service quality, guest satisfaction levels, and operational standards.
• Provide support for VIP, workforce, and stakeholder hospitality requirements.
• Assist with venue readiness checks, operational planning, and event-time service delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and established hospitality standards.
• Prepare operational reports and actively support issue resolution during event operations.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, catering, events, hotels, tourism, or customer service operations.
• Demonstrated strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced event environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.

This is a contract position based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves working across multiple event locations, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to managing diverse hospitality needs.
