Barceló Hotel Group is seeking a Hotel General Manager to oversee the Barceló Riyadh Olaya. This full-time position requires a leader responsible for the overall operational management, financial performance, and guest satisfaction of the hotel, ensuring alignment with Barceló Gestiôn Hotelera's brand standards and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

The Hotel General Manager will be accountable for a comprehensive range of duties, including:

• Overseeing all hotel departments, such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Human Resources, to ensure efficient operations.
• Developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve revenue goals, optimize profitability, and enhance market share.
• Managing the hotel's budget, financial reporting, and cost control measures, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Cultivating and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and prompt issue resolution.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the hotel team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
• Ensuring compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, suppliers, and local community representatives.
• Implementing and monitoring quality control programs to uphold Barceló's brand standards.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities and assets.
• Representing the hotel and company at industry events and within the local community.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role of a full-service hotel.
• A proven track record of successful financial performance, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Riyadh hospitality market is considered a plus.
