The Role: Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting long-term projects with a prestigious client, focusing on the meticulous inspection and auditing of housekeeping operations across luxury hospitality and accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive housekeeping inspections across hotels and serviced accommodation facilities.
• Audit housekeeping operations to ensure strict adherence to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand standards.
• Identify service gaps and provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements.
• Prepare detailed inspection and compliance reports, documenting findings and proposed solutions.
• Support various training and quality assurance initiatives within housekeeping departments.
• Ensure that cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience standards are consistently maintained at the highest level.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality assurance in hospitality. Specific requirements include:

• Proven experience within 4-star or 5-star hotel environments.
• BIG Certification is essential.
• Strong practical experience in conducting SOP audits and quality inspections.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with international hospitality standards.
• Experience within the GCC region is preferred.
• Must be available to commence employment within 1 month.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering a long-term engagement with a prestigious client.
