HR Manager Opportunity in Riyadh

Kayan Recruitment LLC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a clinic in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers a very attractive salary package for a professional dedicated to ensuring robust human resources operations and compliance within the healthcare sector.

About the Position

The HR Manager will hold full responsibility for overseeing all human resources functions within the clinic, with a primary focus on organizational compliance. This role requires comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in Saudi Labor Law and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with employment contracts.
Manage Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements effectively.
Oversee payroll processing and adherence to the Wage Protection System (WPS).
Maintain accurate employee records, including Qiwa and GOSI documentation.
Administer employee leave entitlements and benefits programs.
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
Establish and enforce internal HR policies and employee handbooks.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Manage recruitment processes in line with national regulations, including expatriate employment requirements.
Oversee employee relations and grievance procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
