About the Role

Alyasra Foods is seeking a Key Account Executive Beverages & Coffee to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for driving sales and fostering strong client relationships within the food service sector. The role involves actively seeking new business opportunities and managing a portfolio of existing clients for the company's premium beverage brands, including JDE Maxwell, Jacob's coffee, and Davinci.

Role Overview

The Key Account Executive serves as a front-line professional and brand ambassador, focused on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business in the local market. This involves providing excellent customer service and leveraging market knowledge to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the HORECA sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the HORECA sector (*, hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers) with a specific focus on beverage solutions.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations for premium beverage brands to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to acquire new accounts, achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships and high customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular visits to client sites to maintain relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities related to beverage products.
  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the assigned beverage product portfolio and their applications, especially related to menu engineering and beverage preparation.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the beverage sector.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding technical or quality issues, coordinating with QA and technical teams for site assessments, installations, and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for the BDM and Regional Customer Experience & Beverages Director.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Professional Development

  • Collaborate with marketing, category management, and supply chain teams to execute brand activations, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, contractual terms, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company and beverage brands in a professional manner at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Continuously enhance product and industry knowledge through training, certifications, and market research.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for the food and beverage industry and the HORECA sector.
