About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting the company's financial strategy by contributing to planning processes and delivering actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Role Overview

As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive financial plans, executing forecasting processes, and analyzing performance metrics. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure financial alignment and support the execution of strategic initiatives, helping Qiddiya achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets align with organizational strategic goals.
• Perform detailed variance analysis to evaluate monthly and quarterly performance against forecasts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to provide clarity on financial performance and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with department managers to develop robust financial plans that support business operations and strategic priorities.
• Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and long-term financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and practices to enhance Qiddiya’s financial strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar field, ideally within large-scale projects or the entertainment sector.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
