About the Marketing Admin Role

Manpower Egypt is seeking a Marketing Admin to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on supporting marketing initiatives and event management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to meetings, events, and other relevant areas.
  • Support meeting owners in event planning and maintain a systematic calendar of events.
  • Secure pre-requisite requirements for meeting registration, including external permits and compliance with Thought Leader Management and Planning (TLMaP).
  • Manage timely registration of meetings using designated technology, adhering to requirements, approvals, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Meeting Services (CMS) for effective event execution.
  • Deliver strategic project management and execution for assigned internal events, encompassing planning, conceptualization, and logistics.
  • Ensure complete and accurate pre and post-meeting requirements, including timely upload of all necessary documentation.
  • Perform post-event tasks such as documentation, tracking reports, payment processing, supplier evaluation, expense allocation, and chargebacks.
  • Maintain business integrity when working with third parties, ensuring due diligence and securing necessary agreements.
  • Manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and vendor payment requests, ensuring supporting documents are secured prior to commitment and payment.
  • Conduct Operating Expense (OpEx) analysis and hold regular meetings with meeting owners to track OpEx and ensure correct allocation.
  • Work with the Vendor Management Specialist to maintain a systematic list of marketing materials.
  • Manage business records with a strong focus on privacy and record retention policies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably with event management experience.
  • Proven experience in Project Management.
