About the Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a leading brand in the specialty coffee sector. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase sales within the F&B retail market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for specialty coffee and a proven track record in a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, in-store promotions, and local events.
• Manage the brand's digital presence, creating engaging content for social media, websites, and email marketing to foster an online community.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver a strong return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to increase brand visibility.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Specific experience and a strong passion for the specialty coffee industry are highly desirable.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
