About the Marketing Manager Role

A well-established real estate company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a strategic thinker capable of developing and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth across residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, manage, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team, including specialists, content writers, graphic designers, and customer service personnel.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on recruiting, training, and developing marketing team members.
• Develop customer service strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction, utilizing Odoo ERP for issue resolution.
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost optimization.
• Design, launch, manage, and evaluate promotional campaigns to support business growth and sales targets.
• Strengthen brand identity, increase market presence, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Manage and monitor social media platforms to ensure audience engagement growth and KPI achievement.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Department to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Oversee all marketing, advertising, promotional, and sales support activities for real estate projects.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing programs and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector, including investors, developers, consultants, and agencies.
• Conduct market research and analyze real estate market trends to identify new business and investment opportunities.
• Lead marketing research and contribute to feasibility studies in collaboration with Finance and Project Management teams.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and performance analyses for management review.
• Perform other duties assigned by management within the scope of the role.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
• Experience within the Real Estate Development or Real Estate Marketing sector is required.
