About the Marketing Specialist Role

Future Connect is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on enhancing brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives. The role is designed to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and contribute to business growth by ensuring the effective execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Plan and manage promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure brand identity consistency across all marketing materials and communication platforms.
  • Plan, organize, and execute exhibitions, trade shows, in-store activations, and promotional events.
  • Develop innovative booth concepts and engaging customer experiences to maximize brand visibility.
  • Manage event logistics, timelines, setup, and on-site execution.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with malls, event organizers, corporate clients, and business partners.
  • Develop collaboration opportunities to support market expansion and sales growth.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements, partnerships, and promotional collaborations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, contractors, and production vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor campaign performance, event outcomes, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Prepare post-campaign and post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Present marketing updates and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Marketing, Exhibitions, Brand Activation, or Event Management.
  • Experience within retail, wholesale, fashion, accessories, or consumer brands is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong marketing campaign planning and execution skills.
  • Exhibition and event management expertise.
  • Vendor and supplier negotiation skills.
  • Partnership development and relationship-building abilities.
  • Budget management and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site during events.

Preferred Certifications

  • Event Management Certification
  • Digital Marketing Certification
