About the Role

Lenovo is seeking a MDSC Eng DME to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing engineering changes, ensuring data accuracy in production systems, and optimizing manufacturing processes within a dynamic global technology environment. The successful candidate will play a critical part in maintaining smooth production operations and supporting new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Engineering Change (EC) and Process Change Notice (PCN) within the factory.
• Manage production data by performing entry, updates, and verification in systems such as TDC, MES, and SAP, ensuring accuracy and traceability to support production.
• Design, produce, update, and maintain product labels, ensuring compliance with local regulations, customer requirements, and factory management standards.
• Identify and address pain points and bottlenecks in manufacturing systems and production processes, proposing and implementing optimization solutions to improve efficiency and usability.
• Provide engineering preparation and support for New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure scheduled mass production.
• Resolve production abnormalities swiftly, conducting root cause analysis, developing solutions, and implementing them to minimize impact and shorten downtime.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or an engineering-related field.
• Familiarity with engineering change management processes.
• Proficiency in operating at least one production management system (*, MES, SAP).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing production technology, process engineering, or production operations.
