About the Mechanic Supervisor Role

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a Mechanic Supervisor to join its Engineering team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of the hotel's mechanical systems. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the iconic Kingdom Tower.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Mechanic Supervisor, you will lead the engineering team in maintaining the hotel's mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems to the highest standards. Your responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating corrective repairs, and ensuring the prompt resolution of technical issues. You will guide the team in troubleshooting complex problems, implementing effective solutions, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and asset longevity.

Furthermore, you will ensure the upkeep and functionality of building components, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, fostering a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees. You will also assess technical needs and coordinate with external contractors when specialized expertise is required, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons standards.

Areas of Operational Oversight

The Mechanic Supervisor's role supports the smooth operation of various hotel departments, including:

• Engineering
• Food & Beverage operations, including three dining venues
• Event facilities, encompassing flexible Ballroom and Meeting Room space
• Spa & Wellness facilities, including treatment rooms and a fitness center

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in supervising mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support an engineering team.
• Experience in coordinating repairs and managing preventive maintenance programs.
