AiZtech Labs is a VC-backed global deep-tech company applying breakthrough AI technology and pioneering research to digital health challenges. The company is on a mission to help one billion people achieve better heart health through its novel AI-powered digital health platform, *******, which screens for various medical conditions using smartphone technology. We are seeking a Medical Manager – Middle East to lead the medical strategy and scientific engagement for this platform across the region. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open exclusively to candidates currently residing in KSA and legally eligible to work there. Role Purpose and Scope

The Medical Manager will bridge clinical innovation and digital health, ensuring that AI-driven digital screening, triage, and digital therapeutic tools are effectively integrated into clinical practice. This role involves defining and executing the medical strategy for AI-based cardiovascular and respiratory screening technology, providing essential medical input into product development, and fostering collaborations with potential customers and partners to expand commercial opportunities. The position requires prior experience as a medical manager, specifically within the Saudi market, with a preference for a strong background in cardiology, digital health, and regional healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional medical strategy for AI-based cardiovascular and respiratory AI-powered screening technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access) to align medical objectives with business goals.
• Provide medical input into product development, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and academic institutions.
• Organize and lead advisory boards, scientific symposia, and educational events, delivering scientific presentations and training.
• Support the design and execution of clinical trials and real-world evidence (RWE) studies, interpreting and communicating clinical data.
• Lead local regulatory submissions and coordinate with local authorities for clinical credentials.
• Ensure all medical activities comply with local regulations, ethical standards, and company policies, including medical review and approval of materials.
• Act as a subject matter expert for clinicians evaluating digital transformation initiatives and advocate for the adoption of AI diagnostics in clinical workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical affairs manager in a progressive multinational company is required.
• Experience in the KSA market is required.
• Overall experience of 5-10 years is expected for this role.
• A specialization or experience in cardiology or preventive care is preferred.
• A track record in clinical development or digital health is a plus.
• Exposure to other markets in the Middle East is a plus.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong understanding of cardiovascular diseases and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare and digital health ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with AI/ML-based diagnostic tools or digital health platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory and reimbursement pathways for digital health in the Middle East is preferred.
• A passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes through technology.

Compensation and Eligibility

This role offers a market competitive cash salary, a cash bonus, and a stock options grant. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia and currently reside within the Kingdom.
