About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Manager I to proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities. This full-time position focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and personal sales goals. The role requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to ensuring seamless service delivery through effective business turnover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and effective sales efforts.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, events, and other engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community to expand the customer base.
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely turnover of booked business to the Event Management team for seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in sales calls to secure new business and close deals.
  • Execute operational aspects of booked business, including generating proposals and writing contracts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and economic conditions to maximize revenue.
  • Understand the location’s target customer and their service expectations to offer tailored business solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with company standards to drive customer loyalty.
  • Seek customer feedback to continuously improve product quality and service levels.

Qualifications and Experience

This role requires 0-1 years of experience in sales. A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management is essential. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals effectively.
