About the Role: Motion Graphics Expert

Silqfi is seeking a Motion Graphics Expert to join its creative team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for developing high-quality visual assets for various platforms, including social media, campaigns, presentations, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and will support the creative team by translating ideas and brand messages into clear, engaging, and visually consistent designs across multiple brands and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual assets such as social media posts, stories, carousels, advertisements, and presentations.
• Translate creative concepts and briefs into strong visual designs.
• Adapt campaign key visuals into various formats and platform sizes.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, motion designers, and social media specialists.
• Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication objectives.
• Prepare design files for publishing, presentation, or production.
• Support campaign launches, announcements, and daily content requirements.
• Create visual layouts that are clear, modern, and suitable for each specific platform.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Review designs prior to delivery to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Provide support for quick design adaptations as needed by the team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A strong design portfolio showcasing work in social media, campaigns, and brand design.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colors, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English typography.
• Experience designing for major social media platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines while producing fresh and engaging designs.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and capability to deliver clean final files.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Experience with After Effects or motion basics is a plus.
