About the Role

TatwirCo (التطوير الشامل للتطوير العقاري) is seeking a dedicated Off Plan Sales Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to the company's sales operations, focusing on the promotion and sale of off-plan real estate projects. The role requires a professional with a strong understanding of the real estate market and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing off-plan real estate projects to potential clients through various channels.
  • Receiving clients at the sales center, providing comprehensive explanations of projects and available offers.
  • Following up with prospective clients, analyzing their specific needs, and proposing suitable real estate solutions.
  • Completing booking operations and ensuring accurate documentation of contracts via official platforms such as "Sakani" and "Wafi".
  • Achieving established monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with the company's strategic plan.
  • Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster future sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service, to deliver an integrated customer experience.
  • Updating the client database regularly and monitoring the progress of real estate closing stages.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a preference for experience in off-plan projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Ministry of Housing regulations and familiarity with the Wafi platform.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • High-level communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with diverse client profiles.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and consistently achieve set goals.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring active presence at the sales center and direct interaction with clients. The role operates within a dynamic sales environment focused on achieving ambitious targets and fostering client satisfaction.
