About the Role

Tasnee is seeking an Operator III to join their Recycling Process facility in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the safe and efficient operation of the production facility, ensuring adherence to production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and report quality defects observed during the production process to the Supervisor.
• Enhance operational efficiency by strictly following established standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and optimize cycle times.
• Participate actively in team efforts for the preventive maintenance of machinery.
• Prepare the site for operational or maintenance activities, including managing start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Perform minor troubleshooting, report malfunctions, and provide status updates to ensure safe operations.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on machine production and efficiency to the Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of all defects and good parts produced during each shift.
• Report and coordinate with the Supervisor regarding any machine abnormalities.
• Contribute to efforts aimed at improving productivity and processes.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards within the work area.
• Adhere to all environmental and Occupational Safety and Health regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma degree.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field.
