Role Overview

As the License Owner/Operator in Riyadh, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding Stranger Soccer's presence. This involves overseeing daily operations, building an engaged football community, and driving the business forward. The position is suited for individuals who thrive on hands-on ownership and are motivated by tangible results and making a local impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and develop Stranger Soccer operations within Riyadh.
• Identify and manage partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff.
• Implement marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives to acquire players.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality game experience for participants.
• Continuously assess and implement improvements to scale operations.

Support and Resources

Operations will be supported by Stranger Soccer's headquarters team in Singapore. This support includes access to a technology platform encompassing the app, payment systems, and automation tools, a proven operating model, and ongoing guidance for operational and marketing activities.
