About the Opportunity

As the License Owner/Operator in Riyadh, you will be responsible for establishing and developing Stranger Soccer's presence. This involves overseeing daily operations, building an engaged football community, and driving the business forward. This is a hands-on ownership role suited for individuals motivated by performance and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and scale Stranger Soccer operations within Riyadh.
• Identify and manage partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff.
• Implement marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives to acquire players.
• Ensure a high-quality and consistent game experience to foster player retention.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for scalability.
