About the Role

Afaq Q Tech General Trading is seeking a 3PL Logistics Coordinator, MENA 3PL and Direct Imports to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting logistics operations within Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The 3PL Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the MENA 3PL team, specifically managing the Vendor Returns business within Saudi Arabia. This position involves ensuring the smooth execution of vendor return processes and enhancing the overall vendor experience through effective collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, including 3PLs, business units, IH, and FCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage third-party logistics (3PLs) providers in Saudi Arabia specifically for Vendor Returns operations.
• Maintain accountability for program metrics related to Vendor Returns (VRET).
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations for removals.
• Prepare and provide monthly reporting on Vendor Returns performance for Saudi Arabia.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an independent and flexible individual with solid communication skills and a dedicated customer focus. This role requires a professional who can demonstrate robust analytical, data handling, problem-solving, and organizational abilities to manage complex logistics processes effectively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of local logistics practices, with preferable experience working with logistics in last-mile deliveries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with QuickSight dashboards.
