About Azure

Azure is a prominent developer, operator, and manager of residential communities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company manages a portfolio exceeding 20 residential compounds, focusing on delivering high-quality community management, operational excellence, and customer-focused services. Azure oversees all aspects of residential community operations, including property management, maintenance, engineering, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and resident services, to foster safe, sustainable, and vibrant living environments.

The Procurement Coordinator Role

Azure is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports the Procurement Department by coordinating the purchasing of goods and services required across Azure's residential compounds and corporate operations. The role is central to processing purchase requests, obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to company policies, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
  • Source quotations from approved suppliers and prepare commercial comparisons.
  • Create and issue purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to confirm procurement requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Track purchase orders and resolve routine procurement and delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier files, and purchasing documentation.
  • Support the evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers while maintaining the approved supplier database.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding invoices, payment documentation, and purchase records.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and delegated authority.
  • Prepare procurement reports and purchasing data as requested by management.
  • Support contract documentation and maintain organized procurement files.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Basic understanding of supplier management and quotation analysis.
