About the Role

MDLBEAST is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement processes. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a detail-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen and a commitment to compliance. The role is integral to meeting the organization's business needs through effective procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procure-to-pay cycle, from Purchase Requisition to PO issuance or bill creation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers, and maintain relationships with existing vendors through market research and qualification.
• Lead RFX processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), including drafting documents, coordinating submissions, and facilitating evaluation committees.
• Analyze commercial proposals, prepare comparative assessments, and provide recommendations for vendor selection.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies by challenging non-compliant requests and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve breaches.
• Engage in commercial negotiations, clarify terms, and monitor vendor performance throughout contract lifecycles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in the ERP system and support category management initiatives.
• Generate procurement reports and conduct spend analysis to support informed decision-making and cost efficiencies.
• Evaluate vendor proposals based on compliance, value, and quality to recommend approvals or rejections.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, event-centric environment with multiple concurrent procurement activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• 2–5 years of hands-on procurement experience, preferably in a fast-paced or event-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

A procurement or supply chain certification (*, CIPP, CCMP, CIPS, CSCP, CPSM) is considered a plus.
