Product Manager / Senior Product Manager, Attendance Product

Jisr | جسر is seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead its Attendance Product area. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in product management.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will own and lead a core product area within Jisr, specifically focusing on attendance, leaves, and scheduling. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for product outcomes, from deeply understanding customer needs to defining solutions and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver reliable products. Success in this position is measured by delivered impact and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs within a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of product area outcomes, from problem discovery through delivery and adoption, and set a clear direction.
Develop a deep understanding of customers and their workflows through research, user interviews, and behavior analysis to translate insights into product decisions.
Define the product roadmap for the area, make deliberate trade-offs, and prioritize based on customer value, business impact, and effort.
Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, shape solutions, and ship high-quality products on a predictable cadence.
Define and instrument key metrics, use data to drive decisions, and track adoption and impact post-launch for iterative improvements.
Manage stakeholders across sales, customer success, support, and leadership to gather input, align on priorities, and communicate product updates.
Ensure the quality, usability, edge cases, performance, and operational reliability of features customers depend on daily.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support for effective product launches, ensuring proper enablement, positioning, and feedback loops.

Required Qualifications and Skills

5-10 years of experience in product management.
Ownership mindset: A track record of accountability for product area outcomes and proactive problem-solving.
Customer obsession: Demonstrated curiosity about users and ability to translate complex workflows into clear product decisions.
Prioritization and judgment: Strong ability to make and defend trade-offs under constraints, focusing the team on critical priorities.
Execution strength: Proven capability to ship high-quality products by effectively collaborating with engineering and design.
Analytical skills: Proficiency in defining and interrogating metrics to make evidence-based decisions.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to align stakeholders and articulate strategic rationale.
Adaptability: Comfort and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and scope.
