About the Role

*** is seeking a dedicated Project Manager (Saudi National) to lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role involves comprehensive management of project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and client expectations. The Project Manager will coordinate design, commercial, and construction execution teams, enforce project governance, and ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to ***'s quality and safety standards.

Project Leadership and Oversight

This position requires maintaining client trust throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will serve as the primary client interface, conducting structured progress reviews, clearly communicating deliverable status, and managing expectation alignment. Proactive identification and resolution of potential issues are critical to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Project Control

• Define, baseline, and continuously monitor project scope, schedule, and cost parameters.
• Identify potential scope deviations early and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage variation orders, including assessing cost and schedule impacts and processing them through correct governance channels.
• Maintain accurate project forecasts and proactively flag risks to the PMO Manager.
• Maintain and update project risk logs, issue trackers, and schedule forecasts on a weekly basis.
• Recommend and implement preventive and corrective measures before risks materialize, escalating critical risks with clear impact analysis and recommended mitigations.
• Submit regular project status reports to the PMO Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain versioned and audit-ready project documentation and correspondence records.
• Ensure project closure documentation, lessons learned, and final account are completed on time.

Internal Team Coordination

• Assign responsibilities to the Project Coordinator and provide direction to design, commercial, and construction teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between TDO, Commercial, and CO to ensure seamless delivery.
• Resolve execution blockers and manage interdependencies across project workstreams.
• Chair regular project team meetings and maintain clear action ownership.

Client Communication and Expectation Management

• Address client concerns promptly and escalate unresolvable issues with supporting context to the PMO Manager.
• Ensure client satisfaction is monitored at mid-project and project-end milestones.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project management.
• Must be a Saudi National.
