ص فا | SAFA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a Civil Engineer with extensive site-based project management experience, focusing on the daily oversight of construction and execution works. The successful candidate will ensure strict adherence to approved designs, plans, and the highest quality and safety standards across all projects.

Core Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of project execution on site. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising all contracting and execution works on project sites, ensuring strict adherence to technical plans and project timelines.
• Coordinating effectively with technical and engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely provision of necessary resources, materials, and machinery within allocated budgets.
• Preparing and reviewing daily and weekly progress reports, meticulously documenting any scope changes and their impact on project cost and schedule.
• Implementing and enforcing occupational safety and health procedures, while ensuring full compliance with both local and international quality standards.
• Addressing technical engineering challenges related to soil, foundations, structures, and finishes, in close collaboration with the consulting team.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Over 10 years of practical experience in construction site management and project management.

Essential Skills and Attributes

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong technical and interpersonal skills, including:

• Strong planning and organizational capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Proficiency in engineering design software, as well as project management, budgeting, and field monitoring applications.
• Effective communication skills in Arabic, and potentially English, depending on project requirements and the work environment.
• Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves significant on-site presence to oversee construction and execution activities directly. The Project Manager will operate within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
