The Project Manager Role

Double Impact is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing exhibition and event builds from inception to completion. The role requires ownership of the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, operating within a dynamic environment where projects are complex, time-sensitive, and have fixed opening dates.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage factory production, procurement, and subcontractor activities.
• Oversee logistics, site installation, and handover processes for projects.
• Develop project programmes and coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Track project progress against established milestones.
• Manage Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) and all necessary site documentation.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate to the client.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for projects from the award stage through to opening night.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in engineering, construction management, or a closely related field is required.
• Experience level: 0-1 years.
• PMP certification is considered an advantage.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a fast-paced environment that demands precision and timely execution for complex, time-sensitive builds where project deadlines are critical and unmovable.
