About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver technology and business projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure project governance, quality standards, and compliance with organizational processes.
Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and steering committee updates where applicable.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous process improvements and ensure successful project delivery.

Project Management Expertise

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage various facets of project delivery. This includes effectively overseeing project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks. A key aspect of this role is managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring robust delivery governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ability to lead distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
