Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position based in Riyadh. The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of construction projects, ensuring their successful and efficient delivery from initiation to completion. The role requires meticulous planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project operations.
• Monitor project progress closely, proactively resolve issues, and manage project risks to mitigate potential disruptions.
• Review project designs and specifications to ensure adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project performance.
• Support procurement activities and expedite processes to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation for accurate record-keeping and future reference.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the company.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, on-site role. The position is based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
