About the Role

Armada International Corporation is seeking a Project Manager with specialized experience in Construction & Finishing to lead projects in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of construction and finishing projects, from initiation through to successful handover.
• Direct project teams, including sub-contractors and site engineers.
• Maintain strict oversight of project schedules, budgets, and cash flows.
• Serve as the primary liaison to ensure effective communication among clients (owners), consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Ensure all on-site execution complies with established quality standards, safety regulations, and approved engineering designs.
• Supervise project contracts, monthly progress invoices (interim payment certificates), quantity surveying, and cost estimation processes.
• Prepare and present detailed periodic progress reports, executive summaries, and recovery plans to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of substantial experience in the construction and high-end finishing sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering government and commercial building projects.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
