About the Role

Mada Properties is seeking a driven Property Consultant to join its Real Estate Sales team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to build a career in real estate sales within a structured environment. The role involves converting company-generated leads and walk-in clients into closed property transactions, reporting to the Sr. Property Consultant or Sales Manager.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Property Consultant, your primary focus will be on client engagement and sales target achievement. You will be responsible for responding to inbound leads and walk-in clients, presenting available properties, and guiding prospective buyers through the selection process. A key aspect of this role is diligently managing the sales pipeline and ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded in the company's CRM system. You will also be expected to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Mada Properties' portfolio, pricing, and market positioning within the Riyadh real estate sector.

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and walk-in clients, presenting properties professionally.
  • Build rapport with prospective buyers and guide them through the property selection process.
  • Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding the assigned annual sales target of SAR 4,000,000.
  • Track daily and weekly progress against targets and collaborate with the team to address pipeline gaps.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and deal statuses in the CRM system.
  • Follow up diligently on all enquiries to ensure no lead is unattended.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's property portfolio, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Stay updated on developments in the Riyadh real estate market.
  • Work closely with senior consultants, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct all sales activities in accordance with company policies, Saudi real estate regulations, and professional ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for Business Administration or Marketing. Prior experience in sales, insurance, banking, or other customer-facing roles is required, ideally ranging from 0 to 2 years. While prior experience in real estate is preferred, motivated individuals with a strong sales aptitude and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
