About PrimeSpace and the Role

PrimeSpace is a growing real estate brokerage based in Riyadh, focused on connecting local and foreign clients with premium residential and commercial properties across Saudi Arabia. The Kingdom's Vision 2030 is driving significant foreign investment and talent, increasing the demand for professional real estate representation. We are seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our founding team in a full-time capacity in Riyadh. This role involves sourcing properties, building client relationships, conducting viewings, and closing deals across both residential and commercial segments.

Client Engagement and Property Management

  • Identify and proactively reach out to prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Initiate contact, qualify leads, and gather detailed client requirements (property type, location, budget, timeline).
  • Clearly explain brokerage services, commission structures, and legal rights to prospective clients.
  • Draft and sign brokerage agreements with clients, outlining scope, commission, duration, and exclusivity terms.
  • Maintain and grow the company’s client database.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of commercial districts, residential communities, and high-end properties.
  • Secure listing agreements with property owners and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
  • Register the brokerage with major developers to access off-plan inventory and earn developer commissions.
  • Conduct live property searches based on client requirements and present shortlisted options.
  • List properties on key platforms, including Bayut and Aqar, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and office presentations, responding promptly to client inquiries.

Negotiation, Deal Closing, and Compliance

  • Lead price negotiations between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, balancing client interests with deal viability.
  • Negotiate conditions, payment terms, and procedural matters to ensure successful transaction closures.
  • Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure all documentation is in order prior to signing.
  • Attend deed registration meetings and support the full handover process.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance on all transactions, including zoning, land use, municipality requirements, RERA, and Ejar regulations.
  • Ensure all necessary supporting documents are in place, such as IDs, power of attorney, payment receipts, and financing pre-approvals.
  • Follow the brokerage's standard sales and rental procedures as defined in the SOP.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all leads, viewings, negotiations, and closings in the CRM system.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Riyadh's key business districts, residential compounds, and emerging property hotspots.
  • Prepare and deliver property presentations and market updates to prospective clients and corporate partners.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, legal firms, and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with the content creator on campaigns targeting specific client segments.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

  • Essential:
    • Proven track record of closing deals in residential, commercial, or both segments.
    • Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Preferred / Advantageous:
    • Prior experience working with expatriate or corporate clientele in Saudi Arabia.
    • An existing real estate network.
    • Background in both residential and commercial real estate.
