About the Reception Technician Role

eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking a reliable Reception Technician to join its After-Sales Services team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves direct customer interaction and technical support within the service center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the performance of CE Services KPIs against agreed targets.
  • Address customer technical inquiries related to repairs and device fixing.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status and progress of their repairs.
  • Manage and resolve customer technical complaints effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of systems aimed at enhancing service quality.
  • Maintain and update technical skills to uphold high service standards.
  • Coordinate with planners and technicians to ensure timely readiness of repaired items before customer commitment dates.
  • Ensure customers fully understand their technical issues, repair details, estimated costs, and collection times.
  • Educate customers on device usage and conduct device testing at the counter.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.
  • A technical background in electronics or home appliances is required.
