The Role of Revenue Operations Analyst

MOZN is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is a key role within the Revenue Operations team, specifically focusing on Deal Desk Processes. The analyst will be responsible for driving operational excellence throughout the deal lifecycle, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams. The objective is to ensure deals are structured effectively, priced accurately, and executed efficiently in alignment with company policies and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Analyst will manage the end-to-end quote-to-close process and support complex deal structuring. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Commercial team on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract terms.
  • Drafting, updating, and managing customer contracts, including order forms, addendums, and renewals.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the commercial team for customer requests related to Legal, Finance, and Cybersecurity.
  • Reviewing and approving non-standard deal requests while ensuring alignment with internal policies and revenue guidelines.
  • Collaborating with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure deal compliance, risk mitigation, and proper revenue treatment.
  • Supporting Commercial leadership initiatives to streamline quote-to-cash processes and improve pricing governance.
  • Maintaining accurate deal data in CRM systems and generating insights to improve forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency.
  • Developing and optimizing deal approval workflows to increase sales velocity.
  • Managing internal approval workflows for discounts, exceptions, or special terms.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a balance of analytical skills, process discipline, and business acumen to enable the commercial unit to close deals faster and with higher quality. Specific requirements include:

  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills for evaluating deal structures and performance.
  • Strong process discipline to manage complex workflows and ensure compliance.
  • Proven business acumen to understand commercial objectives and contribute to revenue goals.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Revenue Operations Analyst will operate within a collaborative team environment, contributing to MOZN's mission of building AI that delivers tangible business value.
