Role Overview: Safety Jacket Tailors

Reda National Group is seeking Safety Jacket Tailors for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to the production of high-quality safety garments. The primary function involves ensuring accurate sizing and comfort for end-users through precise measurements and fitting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Cutting, sewing, and assembling safety jackets in accordance with specified safety standards and company guidelines.
• Performing alterations on existing garments to improve fit and functionality.
• Conducting thorough inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Communicating effectively with internal customers or project teams regarding garment requirements and timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated strong tailoring and dressmaking skills, with experience in industrial or workwear garments.
• Proficiency in garment fitting and alterations to achieve accurate sizing and comfortable wear.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interaction with team members and clients.
• Keen attention to detail and a quality-focused approach to workmanship.
• Ability to follow technical specifications and safety standards precisely.
• Experience operating sewing machines and related tailoring tools.
• Knowledge of durable fabrics and construction methods for safety garments is advantageous.
• Previous experience as a tailor or garment maker in uniform, safety wear, or similar fields is preferred.
