About the Sales Account Manager Role

AMS International UAE is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving sales within the radiology solutions and PACS market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in healthcare sales and a strong understanding of the regional market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the KSA healthcare industry.
• Provide insights and recommendations for new product or service opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales within the KSA market.
• Demonstrated sales experience in RIS/PACS and related technologies is essential.
• A strong understanding of the KSA healthcare industry, including key players, the regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
• A valid driving license is required.
