About the Role

Taj HR is seeking a Sales Executive (IT Hardware) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing and expanding our client base within the IT hardware sector. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in sales, focusing on both nurturing existing customer relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales revenue by effectively managing and growing existing customer accounts, while also identifying and developing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. A core aspect of this role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, understanding specific customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored IT hardware solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts to increase sales revenue and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients to expand the company's customer base in line with the sales strategy.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to successfully close sales.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities from initial contact through contract completion and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and improve sales performance.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, reports, and account performance updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards.

Experience and Skills

Candidates for this position must possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the IT hardware industry. The role demands strong negotiation skills, a proven ability to manage client relationships, and proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer requirements. Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales activities and pipeline management is essential.

Internal and External Engagement

This role requires effective collaboration with various internal departments, including Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service, to ensure comprehensive service delivery. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for preparing regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and account updates for management, demonstrating analytical capabilities and attention to detail.

Work Environment and Standards

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate within a professional sales environment, adhering strictly to company policies, procedures, and sales standards to ensure ethical and effective business practices. Regular client visits are an integral part of maintaining strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.
