The Role: Sales Marketing Manager

Props Box is seeking a Sales Marketing Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic sales approaches. The manager will focus on securing and managing clients across corporate, brand, and private event sectors, contributing to the company's position as a leading provider of event activations and experiential solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts to secure new business and foster long-term client relationships.
Coordinate closely with operations and creative teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Props Box services.
Oversee the company's digital and social media presence to enhance brand visibility.
Analyze sales and marketing performance data to inform strategy adjustments and optimize outcomes.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth within the events or a related industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5-10 years of professional experience in sales and marketing roles.
Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and cultivate client relationships.
Experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in preparing business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiation.
Strong analytical skills for performance data interpretation.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Marketing Manager will operate within a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality event solutions.
