About the Role: Sales Representative

WheeKeep is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team. This full-time hybrid role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and involves a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility. The primary responsibility of this position is to identify potential customers, cultivate strong client relationships, and promote WheeKeep’s storage solutions to meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through both outbound and inbound channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Present, promote, and sell WheeKeep’s products and services to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs thoroughly and provide tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within established timelines.
Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and overall performance.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience from initial contact through to service delivery.

Sales Strategy and Account Management

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies to expand market reach. This includes conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, as well as managing existing client accounts to foster long-term partnerships. A key aspect of the role involves actively engaging with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction with WheeKeep’s offerings.

Required Experience

A minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a full-time hybrid position, offering flexibility with both in-office presence and remote work options. The role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular attendance at the Jeddah office as part of the hybrid model.
