About the Role

RaiDx Diagnostics is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on driving business growth through direct customer engagement and strategic sales initiatives within the diagnostics sector.

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for expanding RaiDx Diagnostics' market presence by identifying new opportunities, presenting diagnostic products and solutions, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. The role involves a combination of proactive sales activities and collaborative efforts with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential prospects for diagnostic products and solutions.
Conduct comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Follow up on sales leads to convert opportunities into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers, laboratories, and other essential stakeholders.
Address product inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely product deliveries and uphold high service standards.
Contribute to the development and execution of sales planning strategies.
Participate in local industry events or conferences to represent RaiDx Diagnostics.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and emerging market trends.
Support training initiatives for both clients and internal staff regarding diagnostic products and solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, requiring active engagement within the local market and direct interaction with clients and internal teams.
