Takamol Holding is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving the development and implementation of AI use cases across the organization, transforming business requirements into scalable AI features for both internal and external products.

Role Overview and Impact

The Senior AI Engineer will lead the technical execution of high-impact projects, operating with a significant degree of autonomy. This role involves owning the full development lifecycle of AI initiatives, from initial concept to deployment and scaling. Key aspects include setting high architectural standards and providing mentorship to other team members, ensuring robust and efficient AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the execution of AI initiatives, covering ideation, data preparation, deployment, and scaling.
• Design and optimize Generative AI solutions, including RAG architectures and LLM integrations, to address real-world automation and intelligence challenges.
• Design and manage efficient data flows and pipelines to ensure AI models are supported by robust, production-ready data.
• Take ownership of the technical roadmap for specific use cases, ensuring best practices in code quality, system reliability, and performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, IT, or a similar field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or a closely related software engineering field.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Strong foundation in Traditional Machine Learning concepts such as classification, regression, and predictive analytics.
• A track record of successfully moving projects from prototype to production, ensuring scalability and reliability for end-users.

Technical Skills and Expertise

• Expert proficiency in Python and experience with modern data science libraries.
• Experience working within cloud ecosystems and data warehouses to manage large-scale datasets and orchestrate data flows.
• A strong understanding of containerization (*, Docker) and AI deployment lifecycles is considered a significant advantage.
