About the Role

CSI Global is seeking a commercially driven Senior BD Engineer (Cx & ICA) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on expanding CSI Global's engineering consultancy and specialized services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional with a deep understanding of the KSA construction market and the ability to connect CSI Global's technical expertise with client needs.

Role Overview

As a Senior BD Engineer, you will act as the primary liaison between CSI Global's technical capabilities and client requirements. Your objective will be to engage with key decision-makers at mid-to-large scale EPC contractors, PMCs, and Developers. You will identify project challenges and position CSI Global's Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) and Commissioning Management (Cx) services as the optimal solution for high-performance buildings, mission-critical facilities, and energy optimization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure service contracts for Commissioning (Cx), Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB), and MEP consultancy services within KSA.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers and technical leads at Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Consultants, and EPC contractors.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of CSI Global's engineering services, with a specific emphasis on ICA and Cx Management capabilities.
• Analyze client requirements and project specifications to develop tailored engineering service solutions.
• Collaborate with Tendering and Technical departments to produce accurate and competitive proposals.
• Deliver executive-level presentations to clients, articulating complex engineering concepts and the commercial advantages of certified services (*, NEBB, NETA, LEED).
• Lead commercial negotiations in accordance with company policies and the Authorization Matrix.
• Monitor market trends, upcoming mega-projects, and regulatory updates within the KSA construction sector.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reports, CRM records, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience within the GCC region.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct, on-the-ground experience in the KSA market.
• Proven experience in engineering service business development, technical consultancy, or PMC environments.
• Strong operational understanding of ICA and Cx methodologies.
• Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• A valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.

• Ability to translate complex MEP and commissioning processes into clear commercial solutions.
• A strong understanding of KSA tendering processes and contracting norms.
